Working in the Knowing Field:
A Constellation Learning Group 2009
The constellation work developed by Bert Hellinger is a new tool to discover hidden dynamics in systems, families and personal relationships. Once these dynamics are uncovered we often see new possibilities for movement and a chance for more balanced and healthy relationships.
This one year program will introduce you to the basic principals of this work and give you an opportunity to discover how to work in the knowing field and use it as a tool in both personal and professional situations.
Structure of Learning Program
Core Learning Group Training Commitments
The Learning Group meets once per month from February through December 2009 with the exception of October and August. Each of these days will focus on a basic principle of the Constellation work.
The core commitments for the LG are the following:

Open Learning Opportunities for Group
There are a number of additional learning opportunities available for the Learning Group. These opportunities are in the form of 5 public Constellation workshops that will occur throughout the year (See schedule below for open workshops). Some of these workshops are day long and will focus primarily on Family systems and some are weekend long and will focus on Organizational systems.
Members of the Learning Group are encouraged to be at as many of these additional opportunities as possible as you learn the most by being a representative in the knowing field and watching the dynamics in action. However, you do not need to commit to be at all open sessions (There are additional costs. See below).
After 2 of the open workshops we have a "review session" on the next day from 10-12 in which we discuss the work seen and done on the previous day.
This gives an opportunity to learn about the underlying dynamics of this work that won't be taught during the open workshop (There are additional costs. See below).
Cost:
$75.00 - To participate as representative and learn.
$125.00 - To participate both as a client to do own work and as a representative.
$200.00 - To participate in full weekend workshops that focuses on organizations (Learning Group members are expected to be present on the Sunday of each of these weekends as part of the core commitment schedule without an additional fee).
$50.00 - To participate in a post open workshop reflection (2 hour Learning group forum).
